§1 Applicability to entrepreneurs and definitions
(1) The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all deliveries between us and a consumer in the version valid at the time of the order.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor their independent professional activity (§ 13 BGB).
§2 Conclusion of a contract, storage of the contract text
(1) The following provisions on the conclusion of a contract apply to orders placed via our online shop https://schalnew.com/.

(3) The presentation of the goods in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding contract offer on our part, but is only a non-binding invitation to the consumer to order goods. By ordering the desired goods, the consumer submits a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.
The offer is accepted in writing or in text form or by sending the ordered goods within one week. After the fruitless expiry of the deadline, the offer is deemed to have been rejected.
(4) Upon receipt of an order in our online shop, the following regulations apply: The consumer submits a binding contractual offer by successfully completing the order procedure provided in our online shop.
The order is placed in the following steps:
1) Selection of the desired goods
2) Confirm by clicking on the ‘Add to basket’ button
3) Check the details in the basket
4) Click on the ‘Proceed to checkout’ button
5) Enter the billing address
6) Check and correct the details entered.
7) Submit the order by clicking on the ‘Buy now’ button.
Before submitting a binding order, the consumer can return to the website where the customer’s details are entered by clicking on the ‘Back’ button in the Internet browser they are using after checking their details, and correct any input errors or cancel the order process by closing the Internet browser. We will immediately confirm receipt of the order by means of an automatically generated e-mail (confirmation of receipt). This does not yet constitute acceptance of the offer. Acceptance of the offer is made in writing, in text form or by sending the ordered goods within one week.
(5) Storage of the contract text for orders via our Internet shop: We store the contract text and send you the order data and our General Terms and Conditions by e-mail. You can also view the General Terms and Conditions at any time at https://schalnew.net/terms. You can view your past orders in our customer area under My Account –> My Orders.
§3 Prices, shipping costs, payment, due date
(1) The prices quoted include statutory value added tax and other price components. Any shipping costs will be added.
(2) Consumers have the option of paying by PayPal, credit card (Visa, Mastercard), SOFORT and prepayment by bank transfer.
§4 Delivery
(1) Unless we have clearly stated otherwise in the product description, all items we offer are ready for immediate dispatch. Delivery will be made within 7 working days at the latest. In the case of payment in advance, the delivery period begins on the day after the payment order is sent to the bank responsible for the transfer, and for all other payment methods, on the day after the contract is concluded. If the end of the delivery period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday at the place of delivery, the delivery period ends on the next working day.
(2) The risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the sold item shall only pass to the buyer upon delivery of the item, even in the case of mail order purchases.
§5 Retention of title
We retain title to the goods until the purchase price has been paid in full.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached sample withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you revoke this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which we receive notification of your revocation of this contract. We will use the same means of payment for this refund as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged for this refund.
We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.
You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
